Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Some items on our website are individually made to order, once ordered and confirmed these items can not be cancelled or returned as they are made at the customers request.
Shipping And Handling All orders have one simple shipping charge of £5.99 + Vat. In extreme circumstances / postal areas P&P surcharge may apply.

Delivery to an address other than the card holder address is at our discretion.
. Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days .
Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time.
All customers will be contacted to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of monday and friday 8 AM - 6 PM (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times.
You can also specify your required date between the days of monday and friday (excluding weekends) on your online order.
On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify www.Wholesaleheating.co.uk of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify www.Wholesaleheating.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.

Please Note: Our Suppliers will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver curbside, Delivery inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adaquate assistance in helping the driver unload.


Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Under the Distant Selling Regulations you have a seven days cancellation period after you have received the goods providing that they are in a re-saleble condition, the goods will have to be returned to our suppliers at your cost, if a collection is required you will have to pay collection/courier service and any re-stocking charge upto a maximum of 40% of the products. We will endeavour to keep a re-stocking charge to a minimum and will be at cost only.

Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regualtions, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
